I highly recommend. They are beautiful people and their food is the best.

Chose this restaurant because we were looking for something different. Not only was the food wonderful but the people made us feel so welcomed! It felt as if we were eating at a family members dinner table. If you are considering trying this place, definitely go! You will not regret it!

One of my favorites in Parkersburg. The sweetest lady, Chams, and her brother make the most amazing hummus. Try the cabbage rolls; you'll not be dissatisfied in any way

Great food & Atmosphere

The food here is the best in the mid Ohio valley! And the owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. This is an absolute must when I'm in the area!

I ate lunch here while in town on business, and it is my new favorite restaurant. I am part Lebanese, and I have been to a lot of Lebanese / Mediterranean restaurants. I can say without any hesitation that this place is the best. Not only is the food incredible, but the owners and staff are very friendly, and have created a very authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Long story short, I would travel back to Parkersburg just to eat at this restaurant. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Enjoyed the grilled meat special, the delicious yogurt and fabulous Dolmas. Nice energy-boosting meal after a four-day Bike Tour. Sampler of desserts includes date bars , baklava and sesame seed cookie all of which were delicious.

As soon as we opened the door the aroma told us it was going to be delicious, and it was. The portions were generous and the hospitality was maybe the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Great Mediterranean food! We loved the vegetable soup, the shish-ka-bob wrapped in pita, and the shish taouk. The lamb was delicious!

First time there, the food was amazing!! Definitely the place to go if you like trying new things. Will go back till I have tried everything

Great food and Cham and her staff are great.

The family that owns and runs it are very nice people! I had the lamb kebab over rice and it was very tasty! My wife had the chicken kabob with a garlic dipping sauce and it was also delicious! Prices are good, food is delicious and the family was very very nice! Loved it! I highly recommend this place!!!

I have been eating Lebanese food my whole life, and this is the closest I’ve had to my Great Aunt’s home cooking. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of your visit.

Well I went in today for the first time ever cause I wanted to try diff.kind of food.. It didn't particularly agree with my taste buds but thats ok cause everything else was great. Ppl were super nice an helpful when I told them I never had this kinda food an it was hot,made to order which is my #1 thing. So its a greaat place on everything i thought. Owner also gave me 2 free desserts for it BEIN our first time...SO THANK U!!

When I walked in, I was greeted by several employees, and seated immediately As a first-time customer, I took the server's advice and tried the Cham's Special. Everything was delicious, and I left feeling like I need to make a trip back to Parkersburg just to eat here again. I highly recommend it!

The food was great and the service was awesome. We had the vegetarian platter was fresh and crisp. The baklava at the end was absolutely out of this world. If we lived near by we would eat here more often.

The food was AMAZING. The owner greeted us with open arms, super friendly and gave us complimentary desserts as a welcoming gift to his restaurant. Will definitely come again when visiting West Virginia. Heck, I'm here for the weekend, I'll bring my sisters tomorrow 😂

Excellent food, very friendly, helpful service, and a clean restaurant. I ordered the special which was baked kafta, hummus, salad, and cracked wheat. It was delicious. The Kafta was moist and flavorful. They served a cool hummus with fresh parsley and the taste was wonderful. My little boy had a chicken and rice plate which was a perfect healthy option. He ate really well. We tried the date cookie, mixed baklava and a walnut cookie. Do not leave Chams without a mixed baklava. It is the best baklava I have ever eaten. The owner was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our experience. I wish I could take this restaurant home with us.

This is a great place to eat! My mom and I come here often when I am in town. We normally always get whatever the special of the day is. Kafta special is especially yummy and filled with ground beef patty and potatoes in a seasoned tomato sauce, hummus and pita, lentils mixed with cracked wheat, and a salad. We always get a cream cheese fatayer, it's our favorite fatayer. I think it just has a very warm and comforting taste, like a Lebanese Thanksgiving. Mom always gets their mixed baklava with extra sauce on top for dessert. Also I normally get a large hummus to-go! So delicious! Every time we get the special of the day it comes out very fast so it's a quick place to eat.

I visited this restaurant on a Wed evening while traveling for business. What a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant of this quality and authenticity. I am not lucky enough to find this type of restaurant very often while traveling for business.I had the nightly special (the first item on the hand written specials), which included hummus, a small salad which I changed to a tabouli, and Lima beans on rice. The hummus was extraordinary, the pita was thin and light, and everything tasted as if I was in the Middle East at a local favorite place. This meal far exceeded my expectations, and this restaurant would do well in a culinary mecca, like Chicago. I had a Turkish Coffee for dessert, and it has been too long since I had a real Turkish Coffee. The prices are so reasonable, that this place would be a bargain if the prices were double what they charge. Wow, I hope I find myself in Parkersburg, WV again in the future, so that I can visit again and try something else.

My favorite place for dinner or late lunch. Fresh ingredients and authentic Lebanese food. Plus they have fresh baklava and other delicious treats.

We are in Parkersburg for a medical school graduation. Our Marriott hotel staff recommend Chams. We took their advice what great advice it was. We started out with 6 people and ended up with 10. We are Lebanese and have been eating this food all of our lives. This by far is the best Lebanese food we've ever had in a restaurant. Tabbouli, hummus and baba started off the meal. And we just kept on ordering more food. They closed at 8pm but they didn't rush us out. We finally left about 9pm. We ate so much we had to walk around the block a few times. Again, I say yum yum yum yum yum. 100% chance we will find our way back to Chams soon.

Wonderful authentic Lebanese cuisine. Fast friendly service. I had the vegetarian option. Very tasty. Prices are reasonable and portions are ample.

This is hands down my favorite local eatery for international cuisine! My go-to is Rizkallah's Mixed Grill Special with extra garlic sauce (because I can't get enough of it). The baba ghanouj, grape leaves, and baklava - everything on the menu is delicious and worth trying. The family that owns Chams is so kind and welcoming. The whole customer experience, starting with the service and ending with a belly full of delicious Lebanese food, really shows that the owners are proud of their culture and proud to bring it to the MOV.
